| Birches Serviced Apartments is located in the Eastern suburb of Melbourne city which is a 30 minute drive from Melbourne's airport at Tullamarine. It is approx AUD$45 for taxi service to get to the airport. Otherwise, you can use the skybus service which is AUD$15 per person per way. From the airport, Skybus will drop you at Birches door step. For your return way to the airport, we can also organise the Skybus or Taxi for you as requested. |

| What if I arrive earlier than the standard check in time? |
| If you arrive at Birches before check in time, requests for early check in can be made. However, they cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you may store your bags in our luggage room at our reception during reception hours. |

| Our cancellation policy is that we require a 72 hours notice prior to the arrival date stated on your reservation form. Should the reservation be cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the first night accommodation charge of the booking that you made. |
