How far is Birches Serviced Apartments from the Melbourne airport?
Birches Serviced Apartments is located in the Eastern suburb of Melbourne city which is a 30 minute drive from Melbourne's airport at Tullamarine. It is approx AUD$45 for taxi service to get to the airport. Otherwise, you can use the skybus service which is AUD$15 per person per way. From the airport, Skybus will drop you at Birches door step. For your return way to the airport, we can also organise the Skybus or Taxi for you as requested.

Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
What if I arrive earlier than the standard check in time?
If you arrive at Birches before check in time, requests for early check in can be made. However, they cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you may store your bags in our luggage room at our reception during reception hours.

We are in short walking distance to shops and transport. Also the taxi service at the Reception is also available. Melbourne Tram is just on our corner.

Birches Serviced Apartments is located just 10 minutes by tram from the CBD. There is a tram service at our corner. Tram no. 109 and 42 brings you to the inner city via Collins Street. Otherwise, you can make a leisurely stroll through Fitzroy Gardens to the CBD.

Are there any tourist attractions near your serviced apartments?
Staying with us, there are so many activities you could do. We are situated close to Fitzroy Garden (5 minutes walk), Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) (10 minutes walk) and Rod Laver Arena (15 minutes walk). It only needs 10 minutes to take you to Queen Victoria Market by tram no.24.
Our cancellation policy is that we require a 72 hours notice prior to the arrival date stated on your reservation form. Should the reservation be cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the first night accommodation charge of the booking that you made.
