Do you accept bookings shorter than 2 weeks?
Yes, sometimes we can; but only if there is a suitable space between other bookings. Just contact us and ask.
Do you give discounts for longer stays?
Yes, for bookings of more than 4 weeks we discount 10%.
For bookings of more than 13 weeks we can give you a discount of 15%
How much notice do we have to give to book an apartment.
We generaly book full about 4-6 weeks ahead. So paying a $500 deposit as soon as your travel plans are finalised will ensure that you have your accommodation reserved.
Can you accommodate children with their parents in the studio apartments?
The studios are suitable for 1 or 2 adults, sharing a double bed. We can suppply a baby cot for a baby up to 12 months old. If you need to accommodate children, a family apartment would be suitable.
Can you put single beds in the studios or master bedrooms?
We are not able to change furnitur; each apartment is self contained.
Only the Amsterdam Studio apartment has a kings size bed that can be split into two singles.
Can we pay cash on arrival?
Yes, that is possible, but only if you pay a deposit of $500.00 and supply us with valid credit card details when booking.
Why do you charge a credit card surcharge.
Because we are a small company, we do not have the benefit of negotiation with the banks. These costs are not built into our weekly charges, so we have to pass on our costs to our clients.
You may pay by bank transfer, no extra cost.
Can we arrive early?
If we have no guests in the apartment the night before, we could accommodate your request. Otherwise check in is after 2 pm. If you are going to arrive in the evening or night, we use a key safe and give you the code.
Check out time is 10 am. Can we check out later?
Generally not; Our cleaners come in at 10 am to get the apartment ready for the next guests. If you NEED a late check out, you should book the extra night.
Do the apartments have internet acces?
Yes, all aprtmentts have their own private interent service.
Do we have interent charges?
Yes, the cost is $5 per day, to be booked for the entire stay. For bookings of 4 weeeks or more we discount 20%
How far is public transport?
There is a bus just 1 minute walk that goes to box Hill Central. From there busses, trains and trams in all directionns.
About 15 minutes by train to the city.
