Members of the Graduate Union of the University of Melbourne Incorporated can stay at Graduate House.
Graduates and diploma holders of The University of Melbourne or of other recognised tertiary institutions are eligible to become members of the Graduate House.

I'm an under graduate student, can I stay at Graduate House? |
No, as Graduate House is a resident college providing accommodation for post graduate students only.

What if I arrive late/early? |
Graduate House provides a duty resident to oversee arrivals during and after hours. Upon confirming your booking, you will be provided with a contact name and number of the duty resident that will be of assistance.

Is a car park available? |
Car park is not available.

Do you supply toiletry, ie soap,shampoo etc? |
Soap is provided upon arrival.

Does the room have a phone? |
Rooms do not have any phones.

Does the room get serviced daily? |
As we are a resident college and not a hotel, we service the rooms weekly.

What if I do not have all the meals including in the room tariff, do I get a refund? |
If you do not consume all your meals provided, there will be no refund on your tariff on this meal component.

Lunch is available to residents at a cost.

Are meals provided during Christmas and public holidays? |
The kitchen is closed for 4 weeks during Christmas and for all main public holidays throughout the year.

When do I get my key bond back? |
The key bond will be refunded back to you within 14 days of your depature date.
