What is the difference between an executive apartment and a studio apartment.

The main difference between the apartments is the size of the rooms. The apartments have the same facilities, however you will find the Executive apartments more spacious.


Do any of the rooms have a bath.

Only the Deluxe apartment has a marble bathroom with a bath. All of the other apartments have a shower in the ensuite bathroom.


Is there any on site parking

There is no on site parking. We do have an arrangement with a nearby parking building for secure parking at a cost of $14 overnight. This is located at Metropol Carepark, Corner of Fitzroy Street and Canterbury Road. This is approximately a .3 minute walk from our apartments. There is also free parking along Grey Street, but be aware of the clearways Mon- Friday between 7.30 - 9.30am (on one side of the building) and between 4.30 - 6.30pm on the other side of Grey Street.


How many people can sleep in an executive apartment

Three of the executive apartments can sleep a third person on a double sofa bed. You will need to check the availability of these rooms prior to booking as they are only subject to availability.


How many people can sleep in a studio apartment

The studio apartments only consist of one queen bed and can sleep a maximum of two persons.


What is the bedding configuration of the apartments

All apartments have a queen size bed. We do not have the facility of twin rooms. You can book the executive apartment with the sofabed should you wish to book for two separate beds.


Are there any smoking rooms

All rooms are non smoking and smoking is not permitted in the rooms. You can smoke either on the balcony areas or outside courtyards. You will need to advise management if you are a smoker as we will try to accommodate you with a room that has an outside courtyard area.


Do all rooms have balconies

Not all apartments have an outside balcony. These are subject to availability. You will need to check with management prior to check the availability.
