What if I need to stay until late at night?

Please talk to the manager of Sojourn Apartments as this means that we cannot take a booking for that day so we lose the cost of a full night.


What if I break a cup/glass/toy?

Please notify your manager. Normal wear and tear and accidental breakages are part of everyday life and minor things are usually not a problem. We appreciate honesty and it enables us to maintain the unit so that the next guest will enjoy it as much as you have.


What if I need to cancel my booking?

Please contact the manager of Sojourn Apartments although you would have been provided with a copy of our Terms and Conditions which lays out these details.


What if I bring my own portacot, do I still have to pay?

Generally, no (providing you also bring and wash your own linen for the cot). We are happy to lend you a highchair.


What if I do not have a wireless modem on my computer?

Wireless internet is provided and if you do not have a wireless modem you will need to bring along a cable that allows you to plug into the modem. However, the owners do not provide technical support for your own computer so if the internet is working on their machines, we are not qualified to make adjustments to yours.
