Getting There : Merimbula is situated half way between Melbourne & Sydney and just 3 hours south of Canberra. Located on the southern end of the Merimbula township in Arthur Kaine Drive, Waterview is the first complex as you enter the town from the Melbourne direction, and only 1 kilometre from the Post Office. The Airport & Interestate Bus stops are a short distance, and we offer complimentry pick ups. Car Rental is available at the Airport or from the BP Service Centre close by.
Looking for something to do? Merimbula's shops and boutiques are just a pleasant stroll across our scenic causeway. And while there, why not relax in one of our superb restaurants. If you're feeling energetic the Rotary walking / cycling track starts adjacent to Waterview Apartments or you may enjoy the tranquil beauty of the Merimbula Lake Boardwalk. Great for the kids on roller blades too!

Approx. 7 hours from Melb [via Lakes Entrance - even quicker via Bairnsdale and Bruthen], we are 3hrs from Canberra CBD and 7hrs from Sydney CBD.
Do you offer transfers from Merimbula airport or Bus terminal
Yes we do by prior arrangement.
What is check in time & check out?
Check in time is 2.30pm, if you arrive earlier please contact us.
Check out time is 9.30am.
What is provided in the apartment and are they serviced?
Our apartments are fully self contained and come complete with EVERYTHING that you need including a fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Linen & towels are provided. TV,DVD/Video/CD player & Austar TV. Apartments are serviced for stays of more than 9 nights.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry Pets are NOT allowed.
How far is the beach & shops?
The beach is only a 2 minute walk, shops are a 10-15 minute walk. Newspapers and general grocery items can be purchased from the Service Station 100 mt from Waterview.
Can you help me with a Fishing trip, round of golf or a Restaurant Booking?
Yes we can book you a fishing, dolphin or whale watching charter trip, even a round of golf if you want. Restaurant bookings can also be arranged. Please note the whale migration south starts in late September thru to late November.
Do you have cots, high chairs & strollers available to hire?
Yes we do.
Can we bring our boat or trailer?
Yes we have plenty of off street parking facilities for your boat. Undercover car parking is also provided for your vehicle and we are located opposite the boat ramp for convenient boat launching.
What is the difference with your Luxury Apartments
