How far are you at Parramatta from Sydney air port?
We are about 35 minutes to 1 hour's drive depending on traffic;
which depends on the time of the day that you travel.
Do you have a reception area where I can book in?
Caulta Apartments are serviced apartments not a hotel motel.
Guests must call us one hour before there arrival to the Apartments so that we may greet them.
What do you supply in the apartment?
We supply bed sheeting, pillows, blankets and towels.
There is complimentary Coffee and Tea along with soap and toilet paper to get you started, but then the guest must supply all there own requirements.
Is there a lock up Garage at the apartment?
There are undercover lock up Garages for every apartment.
How often is the Apartment serviced?
The apartments are serviced once a week, if you require extra servicing it is possible at an extra cost.
How much do I have to pay as a deposit for a confirmed Booking?
You must supply a valid credit card to confirm any booking
We charge you one nights rent as deposit and then charge you the balance on the week before your arrival.
