Dear Katherine, Thanks for your feedback, but we have just spent $90,000 on upgrading our pool & spa, heat pumps, new safe rubberised surfacing. The feedback from everyone has been terrific. Maybe you had a bad days shopping.

Great location. Room and facilities neat and clean. Other guests considerate. Only minor issues - no grilling tray in oven, no chopping board.

We are a full security building with video and key only floor access. Never has anything been stolen from any apartment in the 9 years we have been here. Actually some people complain that security is too tight. Horses for courses I guess.

Very positive and something we'd like to do again. It took a little while to understand the rules and conditions of living in a high rise after coming from a much more laid-back island experience but that was no problem. The breadth of information on tours and attractions was excellent and the facilities inside and outside the apartment were too.

Holiday apartments don't charge GST. Starters for toiletries are providedbut thereafter, it's like renting a home, you need to buy your own groceries and toiletries.
Access to floors is governed by security.

We all loved staying at BBT, and will be back for sure. Next time we will request a larger apartment for more comfortable wheelchair use.
