Good place to stay in, quiet and peaceful. With friendly and helpful staff.

Clean room, competent and friendly staff, comfortable bed. Shabby carpet in hallway gives bad impression!

Staff were very nice. Rooms were great very quiet.

Awkward approach as Warrigal Rd a very busy intersection. We were out all day at the tennis, on our return no service had been done. New owner refunded me $20 and gave us fresh towels, apologised and also offered a free continental breakfast. I personally would not use this motel again, it is far from Executive, maybe when it was first opened but not now.

Had trouble getting in after door was locked. If we hadn't had a mobile phone, we would have been there for a very long time. The rooms would benefit from a clock, with an alarm preferably.

Thanks for the comments, Please ask for an outdoor key from reception next time if you are night out. We will put alarm clock in all rooms.

Pleasent and comfortable

I arrived at two my room was nort ready and i had two children with me both under 3. They gave me another room which pram did not fit in door. The air con did not work and it was hot. I had no ironing facilities and no phone in room to call reception.

Thanks for the comments, we will fix the AC ASAP, and regarding door, all rooms are at the same size, next time we can put your pram in the office.

motel is very old and run down. Bed was comfy but bathroom was disgusting, lots of mould in the shower ugh.

motel is under new management now, appreciated your comments and you will see the improvements when you come next time.

Not much sleep because of yelling and door slamming in the middle of the night.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Chadstone Exec. The owners accomodated us very well and the service was exceptionally friendly. The rooms catered for all of our needs and were very well maintained. The valet service to our exam in caulfield was a bonus!
