We stay regularly and find the apartments just what we want. The staff are helpful and the apartments generally comfortable. However the last twice we have booked in room 36 only to find that the heating didn't work and we have had to change rooms. After a long trip that isn't what we want to have to do. We like the room though so request that the heating in room 36 be repaired asap so that we can comfortably stay there next time.

We stay very often and always enjoy our stay. This time though the heater in our room wasn't working and we had to move rooms which was not something we wanted to do after travelling all day and arriving feeling tired. We just wanted to relax.

We will definately be back. The location & convenience to the city, shopping precincts, restaurants was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The studio apartment offered everything we needed.

There was no tea towel so I was able to wash dishes but not able to dry them.
Internet connection wasn't very reliable.
Staff member working on desk was very nice and very cheerful.
Location was great and I do need to stay in Melbourne 1 weekend every month so would love to make this were I go. I always look for somewhere with a bath and is around 110 per night. So this fit nicely. Hope we can do this every month.

We have had a lovely stay thanks to the staff who are very accommodating and the housekeeping staff who are very cheerful and obliging. Such a great position with so much in walking distance and public transport so close for longer expeditions. It is an easy walk to the Epworth and Bridge road in one direction and the city in the opposite. While the furnishings are showing signs of age the beds are comfortable. Free internet and parking made these units excellent value for money allowing us to extend our stay…twice! The café is great, tempting smells wafting down the corridor! The park across the road is a nice place for a short stroll or for kids to play. We would happily stay again.

It was OK except that lift was out of action when I arrived and there were no staf to assist me in carrying my heavy suitcase up to 2nd floor.
Also, other apartments I stayed in had own washing machine in room.

The only problem I had with the room was that it smelt of stale cigarette smoke. As a non smoker that did make it awkward for me. Fortunately the weather allowed for leaving the windows open for a while to allow some fresh air in. I found the bed extremely comfortable and slept very well.
