The only issue we had was that when we arrived at around 1.30am (which I had previously advised upon booking) we were unable to get hold of the night manager. We were stuck outside in the cold and rain until 3.30am and were not very happy

We thought the room was very funky and perfect for what we needed. Very very comfortable bed. We enjoyed venturing to Acland Street and up the higher end of Fitzroy street was lovely, but it feels a bit desolate the lower end of Fitzroy Street. We were disappointed with the lamb kebab we had from next door! Excellent location for catching trams into the city. Loved it. We thought whilst the room as a whole was very clean, the bathroom had a little bit of a stale, not fresh smell to it

Overall very good, but I never felt 100% confident about the entry Pass working. On one occasion the Pass allowed entry to the premises but not to my Room - this matter was fixed on the spot when I reported the matter to the Front Desk - thank you! I have had a similar experience on an earlier occasion when I have stayed there. I never place the Pass near my mobile or Lap Top. I would stay there again, but would like more confidence in the entry Pass.
