I stayed one night with my 10 year old son which was his first overnight stay in Melbourne. It was great being able to leave our luggage in a secure area before check in time so we could begin to explore the city without the hinderence of luggage. The stalf were friendly informative and very helpful. Also being able to leave our luggage again after checkout was great.

Overall, the experience was great. The room was a tad squishy when we had a few mates over before heading out, but that was expected. The only bad thing I can say about the room was there was no scissors in the room to use! I would use HarbourView Apartments again :)

Second visit for us. Little bit old but very clean and the staff are fantastic. Great location for football at Etihad and reasonably priced. Also has a kitchenette, perfect to save a little money!!

I found the Harbour View to be excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the location is great for anyone going to and from airport & also very convenient to transport to most of Melb & surrounds. Very big, comfortable room and a balcony which was great.

Room was great, showers leaked, and toilet wasn't very clean but the rest was excellent. Only thing that wasn't so good was the size of the main living area-for 7 people, I think this was quite small. Overall great stay.

Needed attention exit mould on bathroom tiles, toilet paper roll going the wrong way so always falling off, no skirting boards no kick board on dishwasher paint splatter up walls stainless steel splash back needs stainless steel cleaner to make it sparkle

Perfect for our needs. Only complaint was our room (709)smelled like cooked food. I think someone used the kitchen that morning but the smell would not leave for days. A rangehood/ exhaust in the kitchen may help with that. Otherwise it was great. Thank you

The apartment was a little small, but comfortable and clean. The reception was extremely busy and we had to wait in a rather small and cramped area. Other than that the room was quiet. I would like to have had a couple more tea and coffee bags as we had to ration them out. There were only two of each.

Previous visit we had corner room overlooking the intersection. Appreciated the upgrade but as a tram and train enthusiast, next trip I will try for a corner room. Hotel location ideal for us over 70 people- Trams-Coles-Bottleshop-Trains. Granddaughter two blocks away. Thanks Again
