What a great host Kylie is!! She made us feel so welcome and offered many ideas on what to do whilst in Ballarat. Kylie and Mark have only been here for 3 months and you can already see what great changes they have made. It's worth staying at the Mid City just to hear what these guys plan to do to the place!! This place will be the place to stay in Ballarat very soon. Support a up and comer - you will not be disappointed...

We have been staying here for years on & off. It is a bit tired now, but the location and friendly staff together with the pricing make it excellent value for money.. The Executive B&B rooms are very good, if a bit old.

I like the space of the room, not crowded. Comfortable chair to sit in. Good shower flow with hot water and love that there is no enclosing shower door or flapping plastic curtain. I like a 10.30 room checkout.
