Although older areas outside a little untidy,found the room itself clean and comfortable. Meals in resteraunt excellent and staff both breakfast and evening friendly and service orientated.

We were very happy and comfortable. Despite being on a main road the room was quiet - the grounds are quiet nice and the kids enjoyed the playground and tennis court. The continental breakfast was fantastic!

My wife and I were extremley happy with the room, the service and the staff were so helpful. The Hotel was quiet and peaceful, the garden areas with the ponds and water features are so peaceful and relaxing. There was nly 1 issue and that was we needed to turn the fridge off at night as it was very noisy and would have kept us awake if we had left it on.

At check-in day, we were surprised to find a bottle of local Deakin Estate Sparkling wine waiting in our room on ice. Our stay was for a late wedding anniversary getaway - with our two kids. Also Lindt Chocolates (as requested) which totally made our welcome so special! The service and hospitality of the staff was brilliant and we felt like we were home away from home. Staff were very friendly and hospitable which made my family and I feel very relaxed. My husband and I loved the fact that the queen size bed was comfy and firm, not soft and lumpy like some of our past experiences whilst on holidays at other locations. We really enjoyed having the spa to relax in and unwind at the end of the day once the kids were in bed! Thanks for the friendliness and comfort we were able to have while staying at the resort. You definitely fulfilled our enjoyment and met our expectations. I definitely recommend this place to stay at!

We enjoyed our stay and we loved the spa. Location was good and easy to find, and the resort setting was lovely, a couple of points though. We were a little disappointed the restaurant was closed that night due to a prior function. I was not aware of that when we arrived. Also my partner missed out on his free breakfast as we thought breakfast was from 7am, but on Sunday its from 8am and his course started at 8am. Great place, would stay again for sure

Impressed with efficiency of returning forgotten item from room. Check in person did not know anything about competition advertised in reception and did not offer to find out about it. Room catalogue did not include hotel services eg Internet and laundry. Breakfast was excellent.

The inlander is the only place I stay because it's like being in our own little private oasis :-) The service is always remarkable and the rooms are the best. I love having a sliding door overlooking gardens with access to restaurant etc

Very pleasant, I will make it a regular stay for work. My room smelt like baby powder or something, Also It wasn't till I was half way through my continental breakfast I noticed you had the option to buy a cooked breakfast. If someone had asked I would have happily paid for some.

We found staff to be extremely helpful, arrived very late and receptionist was most cooperative. Restaurant very good. Rooms comfortable and absolutely spotless. Grounds a delight, pools and fountains helped to make this very hot stay seem somewhat cooler!

Highly recommended. A lot of thought has gone into the design and outlay of the suite to make it feel like a home away from home. A nice touch was the air-conditioning being on when we arrived at our suite. Surroundings were tranquil with a delightful pond and water feature surrounded by lush greenery. Excellent food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. Definitely a place where you can relax and unwind , doing as much or as little as you pleased.
