Friendly and helpful staff, clean room though a little tired and dated, simple affordable accommodation in a prime location

It was my second time in Paradise Towers and it was as pleasant as the first visit. Peter was a joy to chat with, he is nothing like your ordinary hotel manager but a definitely more cheerful one. Paradise Towers is a very clean and well taken care of apartment aside from the scary lift ride but other than that kudos to everything. I seriously recommend Paradise Towers as it is situated conveniently in Surfers Paradise and reasonably priced.

Was a clean, comfortable stay that was in the perfect location! Great value for money and had no complaints whatsoever. Definitely an enjoyable stay for a young couple who spend most of the day on their feet around Surfers Paradise and need a nice place to come back to sleep in (: Great views and easy access. Already booked another weekend getaway here and have sold some friends to do the same with us!

Loved it, great staff, good security perfectly situated. The elevator is however a little scary with noises but we will definately be back.

The lifts are maintained to the highest standards by Otis and I can assure you maybe like myself age creeps up with a few lonely groans and squeaks from time to time, assured the lifts conform with the Australian Standards Council at all times. First of all, Paradise Tower was amazing ! My sudden decision to travel to Gold Coast was made successful by Paradise Tower.. In particular, Manager Peter was very generous and kind. Even though I am a Korean, he explained very well and slowly to be able to understand us easily.. In addition, although we arrived early in the morning, Peter and cleaner were also kind with greeting and actually I could go to shopping in the easy way due to cleaner's advice. Thank you all of staffs in Paradise Tower. I will definately to visit again later !!!

The Apartment is what i expected spacious comfortable and in the middle of everything. Peter was very accomodating, and understanding of our early 20's group. We thought we cleaned sufficently so left without checking with Peter like he asked and was charged $35 for cleaning. I feel that even with the cleaning fee Paradise Towers is still affordable, Perfectly located, and friendly. Thanks Peter See you again

the location is great as it's at the center of the happening area and the parking lot provided for each booking help us to save some money on the parking fee.

Close to Cavil, Peter was very nice, wasn't any car spaces left.

it was a enjoybal stay expect for the bed as it squeacked when ever we moved and was a dip in the middle of the bed but apart from that it was a nice stay

Dear Weiwei Wang, thank you sincerely for your feedback we do appreciate hearing that you enjoyed your holiday stay here with us. though puzzled at the water flow noise of an evening only can assume maybe some one having a shower or using the bathroom, which often happens both night and during the day. These things are happening on a daily basis in high rise living. nothing to complain about at all except for no air conditioning!! apart from that everything els was perfect. staff and positioning could not be better, the room itself was fine also, if there was air con its would be 10/10 stars for everything. service; no service (as expected from self servicing)

Even though the apartment's furniture is out-dated considering the value for money and the location it is the best apartment you can get at Gold Coast. The view is excellent, the service is friendly and everything you need just below and across your apartment. Will definitely coming back here again.

It was a difficult weekend that's for sure and at the time of your booking the ocean views had sold out, Sadly there is no provision on the internet site to explain that that had happened, even though we did have a high level one bedroom left, being unit 139. If your booking again it would be my pleasure to give you an upgrade apartment at a discounted rote. Kindest thanks from Peter.

It's very convenient to go anywhere from here. It has all that we need to make our own meal. Security wise it's also quite safe there. Overall, we had a good experience staying that
