Excellent position. Short walk to shops including several restaurants, post office, chemist, bakery etc. About 100 meters to the beach. Very comfortable and roomy. Great value. Under cover secure csr parking included. Couldn't really ask for more.

Upon arrival, hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The room was well ventilated and clean. It is a bit worn in the ensuite, however for the price this was no issue. The motel is close to all amenities , easy to get to from the airport, shops and the city . Overall a lovely three day break!

Have stayed at Shaz Maisons at least half a dozen times and found it great in every respect and this time was no different. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and we'll certainly be back to stay there plenty more times in the future. Cannot recommend the place highly enough for Gold Coast accommodation.

This was my 2nd time back and as per the 1st time, this time was just as enjoyable and definitely relaxing. It always feels like a home away from home with all it's creature comforts and i have no hesitation with staying here again next time i'm up there from Sydney. Always clean, always friendly and always safe. Great place for families or a romantic get away. Less than a minutes walk to the beach is a bonus for location as well.

Hubby and I made a last minute decision to drive up to the Gold Coast for the Long Weekend and were really lucky to get accommodation at Shaz Maisons. The apartment was perfect and we were very surprised that we were able to score the top floor apartment with ocean views :). The apartment was secure and had a homely feel from the minute we walked in, offering the perfect sanctuary for the relaxation we needed. For the location, facilities, Austar, secure parking and self contained facilities offered with the apartments the price is great value and the prices did not inflate due to the Easter long weekend. Thank you Pat and Mark for making us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived and for your friendly and warm hospitality. We look forward to staying at Shaz Maisons again :)

Very good, an old favourite this was our 4th time staying there. Few minor issues. No DVD player was given one from another room but that was broken. Ended up buying one which we bring down in future. Hand towel in bathroom by sink was not clean. We just didn't use it.

A very enjoyable stay & would certainly stay again ! A good location across the road from the beach & 3km from Broadbeach & Pacific Fair. Tasty cafe's within walking distance. A little noisy but overall I would give in an 8 out of 10..

Loved it. Went for the sevens and wanted to stay away from the schoolies and fast pace of the GC - This was perfect. Clean, modern apartment, minute from the beach, five minutes from Pac Fair and quiet. Will definitely be back.
