The only criticism was that the bed was pretty hard and the bathroom (Rm 34) could have done with a few hooks or towel racks.

Very good. G & M are caring and helpful. Breakfast is a bonus in attractive surrounds. Quiet and comfortable room.

Having been past this motor inn many times in the past, I finally had the need to stay and was in no way disappointed. The staff where most friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast topped off a very pleasant stay.

I have stayed there before and on both occasions could not fault it.
Definately would recommend it as the best value accommodation in Raymond Terrace

Check in was efficient and very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the TV - it was resolved in a reasonable time. Room was quiet and away from traffic noise.

Easy to find, friendly at check-in, breakfast, and check-out. We found the place to be clean and comfortable. Bed gave us a restful sleep. Everything appeared to be in working order and should we be in the area again, we'd definitely consider staying again.
