Solaire Apartments

We had a very enjoyable stay. As I had 2 teenagers with me, having the indoor pool on the next floor was great. it was a short walk to everything we needed which was a bonus(we didn't have to take the car at all). The apartment was very nice and comfitable as well. I would stay there again.

We stayed 7 nights and it was very good experience. I will be back again.

Excellent apartment, very convenient location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was awesome, large enough and very comfortable will an excellent view.

Great value for money.

Stayed at Solaire in 2009 and had an enjoyable stay so happy to book on our return visit this year. Apartment even better this time - great views and quiet - and furnishings of a great standard. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be our first choice on a return to the Gold Coast.

great service. only issue was air con in room was not working. however we were offered a move and took it. we loved the time away.

This was our third visit to the apartments and once again we really enjoyed it. Our only concerns were the amount of rubbish we could see on the outside roof (level 4 roof) cigarette butts , packages, clothes and even the remainder of a newly purchased BBQ box including foam landed o/night on the roof from above somewhere. other than this matter the windows were not cleaned prior to our visit and we could probably have done with a few sharp knives. (we purchased some cheap one's to get us by). But as stated the apartment complex is in a great position , child friendly and we will be back next Gold Coast Visit. The front desk staff are also always friendly and it was very much appreciated that we were recognised as return visitors upon our arrival.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a service of the unit or fresh linen when the rate is so low but as a future reference, there is an Addon button that you can click on when making your booking if you wish to have an extra set of towels or a weekly service. This way you will have the option to pay the cheaper rate & use the self-contained laundry to wash & re-use the linen or we can provide the extras to you. Thank you Solaire Reservations

overall stay was excellent. Had a great time.

i have stayed at solaire several times. i find it to be conveniatly located in the centre of surfers. the building is fairly new with modern furnishings and spacious apartments which are fully air conditiond. overall i had a pleasant experiance at Solaire Apartments

The apartment was in great condition and the location is plain unbelievable!!!! We are just a two minute walk from the heart of surfers paradise and busses run right pass the front of the apartment. Easy to get to straight from the airport and easy to go to all the theme parks too. Price was excellent and very reasonable when split between a group of friends.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. It was close to publice transport and everything we needed was in walking distance. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach/shops. The apartment was beautiful and we didn't want to leave. Would definitely go back!!

great place to stay, central location, good value, the only thing not so good is the reception only working 9 to 4 o'clock and close on sunday

We really enjoyed the view from the balcony, close proximity to everything and the indoor pool.

Our stay at Solaire Apartments was a very enjoable and relaxing one. We had a large,spacious and clean apartment which was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist if there were any issues. The pool and gym area's were always clean and the enitre building had great security. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definetly return to Solaire Apartments as we do every year.

Great apartments. Modern feel and excellent value for money. They are large, were clean on arrival and had everything we required. Apartments are close to main part of Surfers Paradise so there was some noise at night - but you expect that due to the location and it didn't bother us. Staff were polite and helpful and we had no problems at all during our stay. Would definitely recommend these apartments to families and couples.

Great central spot able to walk everywhere. Kids loved the indoor heated pool (no chance of getting sunburned). Apartment was extremely clean and decor was lovely, rooms were a great size.

What a wonderful place. Great position, great view an overall 9/10. Everything was no more than 5 mins away. Enjoyed every moment. Thanyou ;)

Fanastic!

FANTASTIC!!! We were pleasantly surprised at all the facilities available and the close proximity to all the shops. The views were just brilliant. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in. My children loved the apartment and did not want to return home to Melbourne. We had no issues with anything so it was a very positive experience for us and have raved about it to alot of people. Thank you for a perfect week.

We like to stay here, the indoor pool is an attraction, as is the undercover parking and security doors.

We really enjoyed staying at the Solaire and as aged pensioners thought it was good value. Our apartment on the 17th floor was modern and light and had lovely views in all directions. It was well situated within easy reach to all the Gold Coast amenities. We loved the pool, spa and sauna and used these facilities to the maximum.

We had a great week! Location is perfect, room was very comfortable. Fire alarm spiced-up our Wednesday night for something different. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

overall a very enjoyable stay lift access fast and reliable parking access good showers and water pressure very good price excellent will recommend solaire to friends

Warm welcoming enviroment, quite and great views and very helpful.

Aside from a broken airconditioner which was repaired promptly, service and accomodation was excellent.

Our stay at Solaire Apartment was very good & comfortable. It is situated in a good location, only a short walk to the beach, shopping & dinning places. For us with kids that was pretty good.

staff are fantastic, clean. you can walk to everything and aircon in every room. i definetly going back there again in future

A spacious apartment located strategically near to the heart of surfer paradise. Completed with all the necessaries. Definitely worth more than the value of money.
