Overall stay was Quite good, Bed and Pillows could have been Better, though otherwise quite comfortable.

We enjoyed the comfort, great location, very friendly manager. Sleeping just off the back stairs meant we heard everyone returning to the back apartments at night time. We appreciated the manager going beyond the call of duty to find information for our stay, without being asked.

A wonderful experience for first time Merimbula visitors. Beautiful views, close to everything and very relaxing. Thank you for a terrific holiday.

very comfortable and spacious. Well kited out with ample kitchen and dining equipment. Good TV and DVD. Water pressure good. Beds comfortable and nice and clean.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to family circumstances that couldn't be available. Keith was very understanding and even though no cancellations are allowed last minute, he made an exception given the circumstances and his understanding was greatly appreciated. I will certainly be recommending The Palms to my friends. Keith was very hospitable even took our heavy suitcase up to our room which was lovely after a long trip and phone checked in on us on the way down from Sydney to make sure we were ok as we were later than expected. We will definitely be coming back and please pass on our thanks to Keith for his fantastic hospitality and understanding. Exceptional customer service which is a rare find these days.

Thank you for all of that. We will take on board your only criticism regarding more modern doonas and cushions for the bed and your suggestion regarding a king bed. Very happy that you found everything else perfect and we look forward to you being able to return one day.

We loved the location overlooking the bay and close to town. Super convenient and great to be able to sit and watch the world go by from the couch or the balcony.

Thank you very much for your comments. As these are self catering apartments, only a starter pack is provided. Extras would have been gladly supplied if requested. Every guest is asked to say if they need anything and that is all that it takes. Look forward to seeing you back here getting amongst the big ones.

The manager of the venue was a great help and very welcoming. The Apartments were very warm and comfortable and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again, :)

An excellent mini break from the Canberra Cold. There was no soap when we arrived on Friday night, however, this was rectified on Saturday.

Very relaxing few days break. Manager Keith very helpful.

Very Good with the exception of bad odour when each time of walking through back Door(possibly cat Pee)

nice and close to everthing,plenty of room,showers excellent,do not have those water savers on them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great for walking into town, view was wonderful so a balcony room much appreciated. Keith"s hints on dining "on the ball" we enjoyed his suggestions. Very roomy accommodation and all we needed was on hand. Thanks for a great week.
