Coming from the South we are just before the first roundabout on the left on the New England Hwy., at the intersection of Church Street & Oliver Street. Coming from the East (from Grafton direction) turn left into New England Hwy, we just past the next roundabout on the right on the New England Hwy., which is at the intersection of Church Street & Oliver Street Coming from the west (Inverell direction) turn right into New England Hwy, we are just past the second roundabout on the New England Hwy., which is at the intersection of Church Street & Oliver Street By Bus: We are only a five minute stroll from the local interstate bus depot which is at the local Tourist Information Centre, walk south along the New England Hwy. just past the next roundabout. Nearest airports are at Inverell & Armidale.

Cancellation Policy

FREE Cancellation or modification at least 1 day before date of arrival, otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

Children's cots/cribs are not available.

All older children or adults are charged AUD 12 per person per night when using existing beds.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Wonderful couple who own and run this motel. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. They are on a phase of updating the bathrooms with new windows and tiling - so they should shortly look a lot newer and brighter. Parking is right outside your Unit. Plenty of space for boats, trailers etc. Breakfast and evening meals are available. Excellent value for money. Sharon from Glen Innes, Australia 21 April 2015
