Deposit Policy

Once the reservation is confirmed by the Hotel the customer authorises the Hotel to charge the customer's nominated credit card for full payment of the booking. Please be advised that the Hotel charges a Credit Card Transaction Fee of 3% for payments made with American Express, Diners and JCB cards, this charge will be processed in addition to your total payment All our rooms, common areas and dining room are 100% smoke-free. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building. Smoking in accommodation rooms will result in a $150.00 penalty, which will be charged on your credit card for the additional cleaning of the room.

Cancellation Policy

A booking can be amended up to 72 hours prior to arrival date - contact the hotel via email or telephone. A booking may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. The customer acknowledges that each cancelled booking will incur an administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking and will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus an administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking applies to all cancellations and no-shows.
