New Crossing Place Motel is a family owned and operated motel. The Pearce family built the motel in the mid 1970 and continue to operate the business to this day. As a freehold owner the Pearce Family are continually re investing in the business, providing up to date facilities.

New Crossing Place Motel is the ideal property for the weary traveler or the corporate guest. New Crossing Place Motel features an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. Public areas are equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. A poolside bar is on site where guests can unwind with a drink. This Seymour motel also offers dry cleaning/laundry services and room service (during limited hours). Onsite self parking is complimentary.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

5% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking by Bookdirect2save.com.au. Balance payable to hotel.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.

Other Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Great location. Nicely renovated units with super comfy beds, clean bathrooms, fully air conditioned, full sized fridge, also staff although not really animated upon first greeting really accomodating with early check in being not a problem.
