Mayflower on Lonsdale can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests in the STANDARD and SUPERIOR category of rooms only. However, in the SINGLE category the maximum guests that can be accommodated would 2 people. The rates quoted are for 2 guests and there would be an additional charge for each extra guest of $25/- per person per night.

The Mayflower on Lonsdale is a self rated three and a half star apartment offering guests an alternative to traditional hotel accommodation with a 'value for money' concept.
All guests are offered two bedroom Apartments with bed configurations of one single bed in each room; or one queen bed in one room, and two single beds in the other; or two single beds in each room. As such, the Apartment is suitable for one to four guests. All Apartments do come with a balcony.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette containing tea & coffee making facilities, a living room and meals area with two seperate bedrooms adjacent to this. Broadband access is available as an added extra. Coin operated laundry facilities are available in the apartment building which is located in the basement.

What is the cancellation policy for the Mayflower on Lonsdale? |
All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guests credit card provided.
A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guests scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.

Is cigarrette smoking allowed in the Apartment? |
The Mayflower on Lonsdale is a non-smoking property throughout the Apartment. We are sure that you will enjoy the smoke free experience at the Mayflower on Lonsdale. However, we do allow cigarrette smoking on balconies only (minimum fee of $200 is charged for smoking inside an apartment should there be any damage to new furnishings including odours).
