Getting There : You can travel to Coodlie Park 1 of 3 ways.

From the north or west - take the road from Ceduna through Streaky Bay towards Elliston. About 16kms past Port Kenny you will see the turn off.

From the south - take the road from Port Lincoln past Elliston and onwards towards Venus Bay. At about the 46kms mark you will see the turn off.

From the east - take the road towards Wudinna. Just out of Wudinna [about 4kms] is a bitumen road towards Port Kenny. Follow this road to Port Kenny and turn left once you hit the main highway. Follow this for about 14kms until you see the turn off.

The turn off is easy to determine as this rather large sign [on the right] is easily seen, even at night.

Please take care on the roads as this is a semi-remote area with even intermittent CDMA mobile coverage. Wildlife such as kangaroos can be quite prevalent, particularly during dry summer months. Night driving must be undertaken with extreme caution especially for the inexperienced.

Things To Do

Optional Guided Touring Experiences Fishing at Locks Well

If touring is your thing, we can take you places that visitors to our region would never see without that "local knowledge". Walk the South Head Walking Trail of Venus Bay where you can see pods of dolphins playing in the pristine seas of Venus Bay.

Feel the fresh southern ocean breeze while standing at lookouts over the best views the Great Australian Bight and the Eyre Peninsula have to offer.

Here at Coodlie Park we aim to work with other great tourism businesses on the Eyre Peninsula to ensure that you and your family or group get the best that the region has to offer. Tours like the experience of 'swimming with the Dolphins' at Baird Bay or Deep Sea fishing in the Great Australia Bight.

Some of our optional experience packages are:

The real 'Jewel in the Crown' of the Eyre Peninsula is a protected beach at Coodlie Park, where you can fish, go snorkeling or just take in the breathtaking view.

This is just a few of the tours you can participate in when you book your holiday and adventure with Coodlie Park.
