Terms and ConditionsBooking Policy100% deposit of total amount is required to secure the booking. For Deposit payment, we accept VISA, Master Card and American Express(Additional 3% surcharge when using AMEX - not included in total cost of booking shown). Should the customer be unable to make the payment via credit card, cash or EFTPOS can be accepted.A $200 security deposit is required in case of any incidentals. This amount may be pre-authorized on the guests? credit card or paid in cash or EFTPOS. Payments in cash will be refunded to the guests? nominated credit card. Do note that cancellation of the pre-authorizations and refunds to credit cards will be done 1 day after check out. For guest who self check-in, a pre-authorization will be required before self check-in is organized.The $200.00 security deposit is refunded after the guest has departed and the inspection shows that the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition and with no damages. For bookings less than 3 nights a 10% surcharge applies and 100% payment is taken. Person makes the booking and check-in must 18 years old and above. Children check-in must be accompanied by an adult. Deposit Policy5% deposit is payable at the time of booking.Cancellation PolicyFor customers who want to cancel their reservation after the booking has been confirmed, a cancellation request must be sent in the form of a written notice directly to enquiries@ozstaysapartment.com.au and also cancel their booking via the booking engine.Any cancellations more than a week to the check-in date will incur a 1st night's charge. Any cancellations 1 week or less to the check-in date will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations after check-in will not be refunded. No refunds for No shows. Any modifications to the bookings after a confirmation has been sent will incur an admin fee of $25. The cancellation policy for long term stay (28 nights or more), customers must give at least 3 weeks written notice before the check-in date to ensure that deposit made can be refunded less first nights accommodation. A cancellation fee of 2 weeks accommodation charge will apply to those who cancel the reservation and give less than 3 weeks written notice prior to the check in date. If the length of stay is shortened (less than 28 nights), then the normally rate (which applies to the short term accommodation) will apply. For specific bookings (e.g., group bookings), the terms and conditions may alter. Please contact reception for further information. No Show PolicyIf no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, the full invoiced amount will be charged.Child PolicyChildren 12 and above is considered an adult.Other Conditionse) Lost keys and fobs will incur a $150 penalty/set and must be reported to Ozstays Pty Ltd immediately. Lost car park cards will incur a charge of $100.F) Ozstays is not responsible for guests' belongings. h) Ozstays reserves the right to enter the property to conduct an inspection or to perform maintenance work or to remove furniture or items from the room that are not advertised i) Internet provided at Ozstays is a free service and is not liable for disruption/lack of the internet . j) Do not leave garbage in the common areas other than the designated disposal area. k) Do not throw any articles over the balcony. l) Strictly no parties and no noise policy. Any violation of these conditions will result in instant eviction and/ or a fine. |
