Terms and ConditionsBooking PolicyA valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. A 1.5% credit card surcharge applies to ALL credit card payments.Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Deposit Policy5% deposit is payable at the time of booking.Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest?s credit card, with the exception of GROUP Bookings and reservations over SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS. Changes are subject to the availability of rooms and the TARIFF may be subject to change. Cancellations and changes for Group Bookings and over Special Event Periods MUST be lodged 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, and may also require that a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT be paid, in part or in full.A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest?s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation. No Show PolicyIf you fail to turn up on the first night of your reservation, then the ENTIRE AMOUNT of your reservation will be charged to your credit card provided and the reservation will THEN BE CANCELLED.Child PolicyBaby's cots are available for $5.00 per night.Other ConditionsA credit card imprint of $300.00, THE CARD OWNER and some form of Photo ID will be required upon checkin. We are a NON-SMOKING property and a cleaning cost will be charged for smoking in the apartment. Car Parking available ONLY from RECEPTION at Check In. |
