The property was well run by a friendly manager, and the units were comfortable without being luxurious. Wi-fi reception in the units was less than impressive, which didn't matter too much to us - I simply used my mobile broadband - but might be of some concern to business travellers. Delightful. We had a medical problem which meant we stayed a second night. We were late getting back from the hospital one morning (after 10 am) and our host then cooked us another superb breakfast. Nothing was a problem. Location is excellent - just a few minutes away from the centre of Ballarat and very handy to Ballarat Base Hospital.

This is the second time that we have stayed with you and cannot fault your beautiful accomodation and wonderful food. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
