Apartment features include spacious lounge, smart kitchen facilities and Foxtel free to air on flat screen televisions. All apartments benefit from individual controlled air conditioning and high speed (wired) broadband internet access (charged). Property features include onsite complimentary Gym and Laundry for exclusive guest use. All apartments include a mini bar range.

Opposite the magnificent Regent Theatre and next to the Athenaeum Theatre, the property is only a short walk to the colourful and vibrant Southbank, The Arts Centre and scores of restaurants and cafes.

Adara Collins operates strict No Smoking Policy and a No Party Room Policy.

	Car Parking : No car parking onsite. Adara Collins has a special rate of $17 per exit/per 24 hours with a public secure undercover car park. Car park details: Secure Parking Flindersgate 195 Flinders Lane or alternative entry/exit is located at 172 Flinders Street. There is no need to book in advance, guests can park and collect ticket then in order to get special discount guests must present to Adara Collins Reception their car park ticket to be stamped prior to exiting the car park. Guests park at own risk, no liability to Adara Collins.
	Getting There :From Tullamarine Airport - From the Tullamarine Freeway (city bound) take the Flemington Road exit and continue down Flemington Road until you reach the roundabout, turn right into Elizabeth Street, then left into Collins Street. There is a five minute loading bay at the entrance to the apartments. Adara Collins is located opposite The Regent Theatre, next to Rutherford Jewellers and Bistro D'Orsay Restaurant. Taxi - Expect to pay around $40 to $45 for the 35 minute trip from Tullamarine Airport into the centre of Melbourne.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. All guests need to provide valid credit card to guarantee against the apartment and show photo i.d on check in. All credit card payments will attract an additional charge 1.5% of the total invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations booked by this website and other websites are Non Refundable for any cancellations. Changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way. Any fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit. All credit card payments will attract an additional charge 1.5% of the total invoice.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
