Cancellation Policy

We require 14 days notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $50.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge full amount for all number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$50.00.
