	Car Parking : We have 1 designated parking bay per villa on-site.
	Getting There :Drive down Bussell Highway on your way to Dunsborough. Having gone through the roundabout on the outskirt of Busselton, continue into the town centre. At the first set of traffic lights turn left and travel approximatley 3.5 kilometers then turn right at Earnshaw Road. You will see the BIG 4 Caravan park and we are directly across the road.

Enjoy the beautiful facilities at our resort or wander to the many tourist attractions within the Busselton Region. Surfing, fishing, snorkling, hiking, absailing, caving, cycling we have it all. Visit the many fine wineries, breweries, restaurants, cafe's, galleries and more. Whilst staying in Busselton you must take a stroll out on the historic Jetty. View our marine life in the underwater observatory.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Balance payable on arrival. A 1.5% merchant fee applies to all credit card payments.
In peak season, full payment will be charged upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice of cancellation in low season, 2 weeks notice of cancellation in peak season, public holidays and special event periods is required or no refund is available

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge for all nights
