	Car Parking : Secure undercover parking is available (nominal charge of $40 per car space per day applies). Car height restriction (2.1 m Maximum) apply. Taller vehicles cannot be parked in this building.
	Getting There :The apartment affords comfort and privacy yet the vibrancy of both Melbourne, Docklands and Southbank right at your doorstep. Close to DFO Shopping Center, Southern Cross station, Etihad Stadium, Crown Casino, Aquarium, Federation Square, Victoria Markets, Flagstaff Gardens and a large selection of restaurants and shops.

Booking Policy

A security bond with amount $500 for all room types will be required for each booking. A security bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. Under 30 days date arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.
