We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child over 5 is considered as adult. Child aged 5 and under is free.

All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10 per person per night for children's cots/cribs.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 25 per person per night when using existing beds.
