Ashwood Apartments will charge total booking cost to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 7 days notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms.

Child Policy

Child over 17 is considered as adult for cost purposes.
