	Getting There :We do offer FREE Airport Transfers both ways. TO RECEIVE THIS PLEASE EMAIL US 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WITH THE "FLIGHT NUMBER", the ARRIVAL TIME into Cairns Airport and CHILD AGE/S (if applicable) and our driver will be there holding a sign with your Surname on it. Please note there is a small surcharge of $15 between the Hours of 11 pm & 5am in the morning. (Sorry) We are on-site and here to greet you on arrival.

? Balance to be paid on arrival
? Payments are paid into our fully audited trust account
? Payments accepted by Mastercard, Visa, Cash or a direct transfer to our trust account.
? Please use the surname of the person the booking is in as the reference.
? Direct Deposit transfers must be done at the time of the booking and at least 7 days prior to arrival
? Direct Balance transfers must be done 7 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

? A refund will be given where notice is given in writing 30 days prior to arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded in full less a $50 administration fee.
? Where notice is given less than 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund given.
? Cancellations after 7 days prior to the arrival date the full amount of the booking will be charged.
? Refunds are only made back into the credit card supplied for the deposit.
? Travel insurance for your booking is recommended to cover cancellation possibility

? If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".

? All children under 3 years are charged AUD 10 per person per night when using existing beds.
? One older child or adult is charged AUD 30 per night when using existing beds.
