Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

5% of total booking cost will be request after the booking. The resort will contact guests directly after the booking is made with the payment methods for the deposit.
Blue Orchid Resort requires balance in cash payment upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge the full amount of your booking for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Children are welcome.

Children up to the age of 5 may stay free when sleeping in the existing beds. Our double and twin rooms sleep 2 and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people per room with the addition of an extra bed, including children.

Our family room sleeps 4 and can accommodate 5 with the addition of an extra bed, including children.

Only one extra bed may be added to each room.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Other Policy

No pets will be allowed in the resort.

Transfer driver was very good and kind. About transfer details ware made arrangement correctly, l was relieved. Room is very cleaned. I was comfortable. Everyday we went snokeling, we enjoyed very much. I great appreciate your help. I like Philippines, so 6th snokeling trip of Philippines in this time. Could not fault this place. From the moment we arrived to departure, staff were welcoming and very accomodating with a very personal service. The food and selection was exceptional and the sea view rooms were located perfectly overlooking the ocean and house reef. Only regret we have is that we didn't stay longer, will be back next time.
