	Getting There :The Actual Lodge address: 700 Brambletye Road, Conara. Getting here: From Launceston head south on the Midlands highway (H1) and turn left onto C416 just before Conara. Travel 10.41km on C416 until you see the Brambletye sign. It is then 7Km to the Lodge across the farm. The road is unsealed and and gates may be closed. So if you need to open a gate please close it behind you.

THE BEST FLY FISHING IN TASMANIA The biggest attraction for many people staying at the stately Brambletye Lodge is the privilege to fish this pristine stretch of the South Esk River which is Tasmanias longest river and can been seen from the bay windows. WORKING FARM Driving from the turnoff to the Brambletye Lodge you will understand the peaceful nature of your surroundings as you feel your daily pressures drift away. Gazing through your car windows on the way, you will see beef cattle and sheep stare back at you and crops in the paddocks around you. Brambletye has been actively farmed for 170 years, so you have all the sights and sounds you would expect from a working farm. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of 10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total booking cost.
