Broad Leaf Villa's is the perfect place to relax and unwind near the heart of town. Recent renovations makes our Villas a modern and comfortable home away from home.

The local proprietors, Kylie & Michael Sterling were both born on the Island with Kylie being a direct descendant of John Adams from the famous 'Mutiny on the Bounty'. The name Broad Leaf Villa's is a reflection of the natural garden setting with an emphasis on the endemic broad leaf plant 'Meryta'.

Snorkelling equipment, beach towels and bikes are complimentary for all Broad Leaf Villa guests. Car Hire, Airport Transfers, 1/2 Day Island Tour and a local welcome pack are also included.

	Getting There :Getting to Norfolk Island couldn't be easier direct flights from Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland with Air New Zeland. All flights depart from the international airports within Australia and New Zealand and are less than 3 hours in duration highlighting the perfect location for an island getaway. Airport Transfers are included.

The local shopping district is within walking distance.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child over 12 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.
