Conference rooms for from ten up to 250, with catering to suit all budgets. Audio-visual equipment is available on site and can be arranged. We also offer secretarial services.

	Check In : 3:00PM Check Out : 10:00AM Reception Hours : Reception hours are between 7am - 9pm daily. Upon arrival an imprint of a credit card is required. If you are unwilling to put down a credit card please note a $100 key bond is required and refundable upon your departure of the resort.
	Car Parking : Complimentary car parking is available within fenced area requiring special key access. All accommodation is non-smoking.
	Getting There :From Perth, drive south on the Kwinana Freeway to Bunbury, and from Bunbury take Bussell Highway to Busselton. Upon coming into Busselton town centre you come to a set of traffic lights, turn left onto bussell hwy and proceed out of town for 7.5km and the resort is located on the right handside down Holgate road, situated behind Broadwater shopping centre. Stay on Bussell Highway about 6km outside the city centre, and turn right on Holgate Road (going towards the beach end). Reception hours are 7.00am to 8.00pm, so if you're going to be later than that please ring us for alternate arrangements.

Visit the wineries, breweries, chocolate factory, cheese factories, candy cow factory, innumerable craft and art galleries, as well as fine furniture artisans using local timber. Surf the best breaks in the world (sorry Bell's Beach and Hawaii), or just relax.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

All guests are required to pay balance in full their accommodation on arrival. Cash and EFTPOS paying customers will be required to pay an additional $100 Keybond plus present a valid driver's licence. * Keybonds will be refunded at checkout in the manner it was paid in.

Cancellation Policy

* Public Holidays - 7 days notice or incur a fee equivalent to 1 night's accommodation * Long Weekends - 7 days notice or incur a fee equivalent to 1 night's accommodation * December/January Bookings - 30 days notice or incur a fee equivalent to 2 night's accommodation * All other bookings - 48 hours notice or incur a fee equivalent to 1 night's accommodation.
An administration charge of 10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total cost of bookings.

Child over 12 is considered as adult.Child aged 1 and under is free.
