Deposit Policy
$200 deposit is required when booking directly with the property. The balance payable on arrival.
Christmas/January "High Season" require a deposit of $500 with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
1. Between 1 & 7 days Prior to arrival. Deposit is forfeit.
2. Between 8 & 30 Days Prior to the arrival date amount of refund is contingent on re-rental of the reservation minus $50 Non-refundable Cancellation Fee.
3. More than 30 days prior to arrival date. Refun of deposit minus $50 non-refundable Cancellation Fee.
4. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES.

No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, ENTIRE DEPOSIT IS FORFEIT.

Good location, however from the website we had the impression it was further around the point, looking directly down the coast.
Reception - the compendium states it is open until 6, however it is not. Would be helpful to have the correct times included.
DVD player - this does not work.
Screens - all windows open, with no flyscreens or security from falls (we were on the 10th floor).
Welcome pack - would be helpful to include a pack that has dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, soap, tissues, toilet paper, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and clothes washing detergent. Just enough to make the first day more relaxing.
The overall feel of the place is fine, however the mish-mash of cupboards, lounges (cream one is very dirty) etc makes it look a little unloved and cheap.
The compendium also includes a dinner delivery multi-page brochure, however the included number states it has been disconnected.
The car space for 10E is very small. This would have been a huge issue if we had a large car. Perhaps you need to request car size when taking bookings.
Floor of main bathroom shower is very slippery.

Thankyou very much for the great 3 day break at Christmas time, the location was superb, views brilliant from 15th floor we could see all around the Gold Coast great position. Stay on business 5 days at a time 3 minutes walk from meeting venue. GREAT location for this and accessible to beach, walking, restaurants.

We had a lovely time and overall enjoyed the apartment and facilities. My only criticism would be the lack of decent curtains, particularly in the second bedroom, which allowed light in at 5am - which created a much too early start for our children!
