We do not take Deposits before you arrive unless it is an after hours arrival then the full amount of the booking is charged.

Cancellation Policy

We require 14 days notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
