	Getting There :From Melbourne Airport: Skybus is available from the Domestic Terminal to Sorrento. 1300 SKYBUS Private transfer can be arranged on request. If driving a hire car or your own vehicle from Melbourne follow M1 and Eastlink/M3 to Jetty Rd/Mornington Peninsula Fwy/M11 in Rosebud turn right onto Eastbourne Rd, Nepean Hwy/Point Nepean Rd/B110 and Melbourne Rd to Ocean Beach Rd in Sorrento. This route has tolls. Car Ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff leave every hour from the Terminal.

Carmel At Sorrento does not have room service facilities, you can however purchase a chef experience and our resident chef will come to your apartment to cook a 3 course meal.

4. Is there a restaurant at your hotel?

Carmel At Sorrento does not have a restaurant within its complex, as it is in close proximity to some of the best restaurants in Sorrento.

5. Do i need to reserve parking?

Carmel At Sorrento has secure underground parking that requires no reservation. When you book a stay with us you'll receive access to the car park for 1 car if you require a second car park the fee will be $25 a day please contact reception to ensure that second spot.

7. Is there anywhere to store my bicycle or surfboard?

When you book a stay with Carmel At Sorrento, you will have access to a secure storage cage where you can store your, bicycle, surfboard, scooter etc.

8. Do you accommodate for small children?

Carmel At Sorrento is family friendly accommodation, we can provide a cot in your room for a fee and if required 1 bed can be spilt into 2 king singles, please contact to reception to discuss.

9. Are the rooms adjoining?

Carmel At Sorrento has six, 3 bedroom apartments, these apartments are not adjoining. When you book a 3 bedroom apartment, you will have access to the 3 private bedrooms within this apartment as well as the 2 full bathrooms and the dining, living and kitchen facilities all within the apartment your staying in.

10. Is there public transport near by ?

There are 2 bus stops outside Carmel At Sorrento's ocean beach road entrance. one is travelling to frankston and one is travelling to portsea. This bus route is the 788, please see our staff at reception for a copy of the timetable.

11. Is there wifi? and how much does it cost?

Carmel At Sorrento has premium high speed wifi for each apartment that is free of charge.

12. is there a BBQ in my apartment?

Each apartment has a fully equipped BBQ on the private balcony, purchase a locally sourced meat pack along with your booking to cook up a storm!

13. Do i have to pay for movies and TV?

Carmel At Sorrento has free unlimited Foxtel and Netflix (must sign in with your own account for netflix) The movies on Foxtel are free, they do however have a pay per view movie section that will charged to you account if purchased.

14. Is there a sound system in my apartment?

In each apartment under the TV there is a Yamaha sound bar which can be paired with Bluetooth

15. Can i cancel my booking?

Carmel At Sorrento has strict no cancellation, no refund policy.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking by Bookdirect2save.com.au.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.
