a $100 security bond will be taken upon booking and returned to the guest upon checkout if no problems occur.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, the total cost of the stay will be charged, thus it is in the best interest of the guests that bookings are made in full confidence.
