1. How far are you at Parramatta from Sydney air port?

We are about 35 minutes to 1 hour's drive depending on traffic; which depends on the time of the day that you travel.

2. Do you have a reception area where I can book in?

Caulta Apartments are serviced apartments not a hotel motel. Guests must call us one hour before there arrival to the Apartments so that we may greet them.

3. What do you supply in the apartment?

We supply bed sheeting, pillows, blankets and towels. There is complimentary Coffee and Tea along with soap and toilet paper to get you started, but then the guest must supply all there own requirements.

4. Is there a lock up Garage at the apartment?

There are undercover lock up Garages for every apartment.

5. How often is the Apartment serviced?

The apartments are serviced once a week, if you require extra servicing it is possible at an extra cost.

6. How much do I have to pay as a deposit for a confirmed Booking?

You must supply a valid credit card to confirm any booking We charge you one nights rent as deposit and then charge you the balance on the week before your arrival.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking as confirmation of your booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed unless valid credit card details are provided at the time the reservation is made. On confirmation of the reservation a deposit equal to one weeks rent (or if less than one week, the total amount) will be debited against this credit card plus card fees, unless payment received prior.

Cancellation Policy

When confirmed reservations are cancelled inside 7 days prior to arrival, or when guests fail to arrive, cancellation charges of one weeks rent (or if less than one week, the total amount) will apply.
An administration charge of AU $30.00 also applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, you will be charge the whole amount of the room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$30.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.
Child aged 3 and under is free.

Other Policy

Exit cleaning fee:
Please note, for stays 4 days plus will attract an exit cleaning fee of $120. Also leaving the apartment on departure untidy (rubbish left behind, dishes not packed away with pots, cups and utensils placed away dirty), will incur an extra $50 fee.

Great. Easy to access, shops nearby, with more shops slightly further away. Slight downside is that it is a bus trip from Parra Station, and you really can't walk it. Everything you would expect in terms of facilities, clean and tidy. I come once for work, and immediately arranged to book my next 3 work trips there. Bill and his team have been a pleasure to deal with, always answer the phone to arrange check in etc, follow through with what they tell you on the phone. I haven't had a drama now after 2 visits.
