A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

50% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Deposit will be charged by hotel.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $40.00 applies to all cancellations.

28 Days Notice Required. Full Refund, less $40.00 Administration Fee.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, hotel will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child over 14 is considered as adult. Child aged 2 and under is free.
