	Getting There :Travel down the Stuart Highway through Palmerston & keep going till you get to the Cox Peninsular turn off on your right. Follow through the villiage of Berry Springs past the Berry Springs Reserve & The Wildlife Park. Two spots you will go back & explore. Continue on for about 5 minutes till a turn on the left to Darwin River Dam. Turn here & follow road for approximately 3 km. We will be there to greet you

The Litchfield Tavern with a great restaurant & bar, the Litchfield Corner Shop, Laundromat, post office and service station are all close by. Nearby is Berry Springs Reserve, with beautiful waterfalls, swimming holes, bushwalks and BBQ picnic area. Territory Wild Life Park is only 5 minutes away to really experience Top End Wild Life including crocodiles. Take a day trip to Litchfield National Park. Visit the villiage of Batchelor then travel on to the Anthills, Florence Falls & Wangih Falls. Wildlife is abundant at the right times of the year. Mandorah is a great place to visit & lunch at the Mandorah Hotel, looking back over the harbour to Darwin on the otherside of the harbour.Walk along the long sandy beaches.Take a line & throw it in on the jetty where the ferries come in from Darwin. We are in the centre of all the great fishing locations. Bynoe Harbour, Dundee, Mandorah, Adelaide River. Darwin is only 45 minutes up the Stuart Highway, easily accessable for day trips.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

50% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child over 16 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.
