Please be aware that Comfort Inn & Suites Blazing Stump have the following additional requirements for the safety, security and comfort of all guests:
* No Noise Policy - Quiet enjoyment of suites allows a comfortable stay for everyone; a $30 fee will apply to any noise offences in any lodgings, only one fee will apply prior to guests being asked to leave without refund
* A credit card must be produced at time of check in as a form of security, guests without a credit card will be asked for a $200 cash bond, if guests cannot produce either, the room will no longer be available for use and no refund given.
* From 1 November we have introduced a 'Sleep in Sunday' program. We know how you enjoy a late start on Sunday mornings. So we will leave you in peace to sleep in and relax and won't be disturbing you with housekeeping or mini bar services. As always you may opt to have your suite serviced at no extra charge by contacting reception prior to 8pm Saturday evening.

	Getting There :GPS: 4327 Anzac Parade, Wodonga, Victoria Arriving From Melbourne: (Wodonga City Centre Bypass) Follow the Hume Highway to the second Wodonga turnoff Continue straight through the traffic lights on High St (B410). At the first round-a-bout turn right onto the (B400) Bandiana Link road. Follow the B400 straight through the second round-a-bout. On the third round-a-bout (Bunnings/McDonalds) turn LEFT onto Anzac Parade (Tallangatta Rd). Follow for 200m. We are on the right hand side. Through Wodonga City Centre: Follow Hume Highway to the second Wodonga turnoff. Turn Right at lights onto High St for another 2km through traffic lights and over railway line. Proceed in your left lane and at Tower Roundabout (large oval roundabout with water tower) Take the Thomas Mitchell Drive exit (your third turnoff between the Caltex Service Station and Hollywood's Cafe) Follow Thomas Mitchell Drive for 2.5km through roundabout, over railway line and straight through 3 round-a-bouts Passing KFC, Bunnings and McDonalds, we are on the right hand side. From Sydney: (Albury and Wodonga City Centre Bypass) Follow the Hume Highway internal bypass through Albury. Take the Tallangatta turnoff and proceed 1.5km continuing straight through the round-a-bout Continue another 1.5km, turn LEFT at roundabout onto Anzac Parade (Tallangatta Rd) Follow for 200m. We are on the right hand side. Through Albury and Wodonga City Centre: Follow the Old Hume Highway through Albury and across the Lincoln Causeway. Proceed across the 4km Causeway straight towards Wodonga. Follow onto High St for another 2km through the traffic lights and over the old railway line. Booking Policy

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card number and expiry date matching the name of the reservation. We will require a fax authorisaton with the card holder's signature if credit card details belong to a third party. One night's accommodation will be taken as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Guests who cannot provide a credit card on arrival, must supply either cash or EFT as a form of security bond. Guests unable to provide either form of security deposit will void their accommodation and lose the one night's deposit.

Deposit Policy

Guests must be able to provide a valid credit card or a $200 cash bond to be used as security over incidentals, theft or damage.

Guests with insufficient funds in credit card provided at time of booking, must supply either cash or EFT before a key will be issued. Inability to provide a security bond will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the accommodation booking voided.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that no refunds, discounts or free nights will be offered to any person occupying or having occupied accommodation should they not be satisfied with the accommodations, service or experience; nor will refunds be given if you have changed your mind or simply just decide you do not like the lodging booked before or after arrival.

One night's deposit will be required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. cancellations MUST be made before 2pm the day prior to scheduled arrival to obtain part refund for further night's booked and paid.

Reservations without either form of security details will be cancelled without notification at 2pm the day prior to your expected arrival.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made, cancellation falls within our 24 hour policy or you fail to not show up at the property, there will be no refund.

Other Policy

To ensure an enjoyable stay and a peaceful night's rest, any noise complaints will result in a call out fee applied to the accommodation account, any further infractions may result in instant eviction without refund. Further to this all guests must be able to provide a valid credit card or a $200 cash bond to be used as security over incidentals, theft or damage. Guests unable to produce either form of security will result in the accommodation booking being cancelled and no refund given. These policies ensure a high standard of accommodation is available to our guests, the alternative to a cash bond is holding an additional $200 on your credit card by method of a pre-authorisation via our EFT terminal.
