	Getting There :Coming from the South: as you come in to Rockhampton turn Right at the McDonalds intersection, traveling north bound over the old bridge, continue straight. After the 5th set of traffic lights we should be on the left. From the North: Continue into Rockhampton via the Bruce Hwy you will come to a large cross roads intersection (there is a cemetery on the left just prior to the intersection) If you turn right you will stay on the Bruce and continue south. At this intersection stay straight (turn off the Bruce) and continue down past Stocklands Shopping Centre. Continue straight through the next 3 intersections you will pass Macca's KFC and a Shell servo. Just as you pass the North Side Plaza we are situated on the right at the next set of lights. Perform a U-turn and pull straight into our driveway. If you have any problems locating us please contact Reception for their help.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over, must present photo I.D. if requested.

No deposit is required if a valid credit card is supplied

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

All our room prices include the total number of guest, there is not change in price regardless of the guest age.
