The motels 3.5 star guest accommodation comprises 28 comfortable and fully serviced motel rooms with ensuites. A few rooms have connecting doors which can be opened up to create Family Room suites comprising two bathrooms and beds for up to six people.

	Car Parking : Parking is directly outside your motel room. No charges apply.
	Getting There :Turn left if coming from the South or right if coming from the North into Moreton Terrace coming off the Brand Highway at the big crayfish. Straight ahead at the roundabout, the hotel is directly on the left hand side.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Full deposit is required if no credit card is available.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus an administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 15 is considered as an adult.

Other Policy

A $200 cash deposit is required as a bond when checking in if there is no credit card.
All rooms are non smoking. Charges will incur for persons smoking in or near the rooms.
No Pets allowed unless it is a working dog for the disabled.
