	Getting There :We are on the Princes Highway on the north-side of Narooma. We are approx. 5 hours from Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra. When entering location into your GPS you need to remember to put in North Narooma. Buses pass through Narooma from Melbourne to Sydney and to Canberra daily. If you arrive by bus we will prearrange courtesy pick-up for you from bus stop to Ecotel.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

You are welcome to check in from 2 PM till late. If you are going to be late please get in touch with us so we can arrange a key drop with you. If you want to arrive earlier than 2 PM please get in touch with us and we will accommodate you if at all possible.

Deposit Policy

15% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card by BookDirect2Save.com.au at the time of booking.
Balance of total booking cost can be paid to Ecotel Narooma by card over the phone or via email.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel a booking. If you cancel the day (ie 24Hr) before your booking, unless it is peak time, you will get a refund.
If you cancel within 24 Hr you will forfeit your deposit or the cost of one night's accommodation will be deducted from your card.

No Show Policy

If you are a no show you will be charged a minimum of the first nights accommodation.
