Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Once the reservation is confirmed by the Hotel the customer authorises the Hotel to charge the customer's nominated credit card for full payment of the booking. Please be advised that the Hotel charges a Credit Card Transaction Fee of 3% for payments made with American Express, Diners and JCB cards, this charge will be processed in addition to your total payment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking applies to all cancellations.

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus An administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking.
